Forum Topic - Trouble with the New "Quick Design Club CD" installation?

Good afternoon! Have you received your new "Quick Design Club" cd and gotten errors when installing it? The issue is being investigated by our super smart guys in the tech department, but until they get it corrected, you can still get back to functional! To correct the error messages created by the installation of this CD - just re-install your V2 software. If you have the V2 upgrade, you just need to re-install that, not the full V1 version then the upgrade. Your softwared downloads are always available in your account at MMS if you need to redownload them, that's no problem. DO NOT UNINSTALL anything prior to reinstallation. The new install will overwrite and correct the error. All your installed content will be fine as well as any projects in your software. You will even be able to access and use the new content from the Quick Design Club CD- with no continued issues!! This issue occurs when: 1. You have installed the latest update to My Memories Suite. 2. You then install the Jan/Feb 2011 Quick Design Club disc.
The quickest fix: 1. Go to http://www.mymemories.com/support/update. 2. Click on the Windows Download or Mac Download link that corresponds with your version of the software (version 1 or 2). 3. Download and install the file.
