This issue occurs when:
1. You have installed the latest update to My Memories Suite.
2. You then install the Jan/Feb 2011 Quick Design Club disc.
The quickest fix:
1. Go to http://www.mymemories.com/support/update.
2. Click on the Windows Download or Mac Download link that corresponds with your version of the software (version 1 or 2).
3. Download and install the file.
