I bought a soft cover (paper back) book from MMS. Great print but BAD quality. The book fell apart after looking at it twice. Was offered a reprint or money back. Requested a reprint nothing happened so I requested money back and nothing happened. I was looking forward to ordering more photo books from mms because it was totally easily but question if the hard cover books will fall apart like the paper back books. - something to think about I guess. |

I will follow up on that refund for you. The hard bound books I printed have lasted quite well. |

I have purchased a small soft cover book and mine came unglued and I had to staple it. |
