I cannot open the program. 'the JMV could not be started the maximum heap size might be too large or antivirus blocking ..." Help! |

Hi Mumsies! I am sorry I didn't see this message right away! Are you still having install trouble? First make sure all screensavers and "power down" options are disabled before beginning the download, it is a rather large download and if it is interrupted by either your screensaver kicking in or your power down options shutting your computer down it can cause errors on the install process. If you have done that, please email me directly and we will get you in touch with the tech department and see if they can help you figure out what's going on! Lisa J. |
