Forum Topic - Upload for printing error internet connection

I am trying to upload for photobook creation and it says there is a problem contacting the photobook website.  it also say it requires a internet connection, but  i am connected to the internet.  in the errorro box it also show alot of java messages such as:

java.net unknownHostException;share mymemoriessuite.com

java.net.networkclient....

com.storyrock.renderer.EportJpegImagesWorker.clear(qSSV)

and a host of other stuff

I have disabled my firewall, antivirus, pop-up blockers as mentioned by your tech and none of these were solutions to the problem
