Step #1 - Choose at least 2 photos & do some sort of photo effect or treatment on at least one of the photos (black & white, masked, etc will be fine).
Step #2 - Choose at least 4 papers, 1 solid & 3 patterns. Use these to create the background & base for your page!
Step #3 - Place at least 3 strings/ribbon/ricrac (or a combination of these) behind the photos.
Step #4 - Find something to anchor your photos. (tape/staple/clip)
Step #5 - Add a cluster of at least 10 elements to your page.
Step #6 - Add a title & be creative..whether by doing a play on words or really decorating the title so that it pops!
Step #7 - Add any additional elements, journaling, etc that you'd like to include & you are done!
